Hi, I’m Rosie — founder and chef of Grate Expectations. After 15 years in a high-pressure career that didn’t spark any joy, I took the leap and followed my dream: cooking for people and being part of their special occasions.
For me, food is about more than flavour — it’s about creating moments of joy and bringing people together. I’ve poured my heart into every part of this business, from the carefully crafted dishes to the lovingly styled trailer, all ready to be part of your big day.
